By accessing or using Mosaic Styles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. User-Generated Content
You retain all rights to your original content. However, by uploading content to Mosaic Styles, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, and process your content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the app.
This license allows us to:
- Store and process your images for style application
- Display your generated images within the app
- Use your content for technical improvements and debugging
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Mosaic Styles to:
- Upload or generate content that infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights
- Upload or generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
- Upload or generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purposes
4. Copyright Policy
All styles and content generated through Mosaic Styles are created by users. We do not claim ownership of any styles or content generated through our service. If you believe that any content violates copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at jonathan@mosaicstyles.app.
We will promptly review and remove any content that violates copyright laws to the best of our ability.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Mosaic Styles is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Styles and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or relating to your use of the service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Mosaic Styles at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service or engaging in prohibited uses.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of Mosaic Styles after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
